REFUND POLICY

Anonymous Boutique processes refunds on a case by case basis and only for extraordinary situations. If you receive your order, and you're not happy, please email me at heygirl@anonymousboutique.com with the name your order is under and the order number within 14 days of purchasing your item. Please explain your situation in as much detail as possible, and we will try to resolve the issue together. There is a $5.00 fee for all returns and exchanges to cover shipping costs.

All items that are returned must:

  • be brand new
  • be unwashed 
  • show no stains (including makeup)
  • show no visible wear 
  • show no visible smells 
  • show no animal hair 
  • still have the original tags attached

I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
