RETURNS

I hope you're happy with your order, but if you're not, please email me at heygirl@anonymousboutique.com with the name your order is under and the order number within 14 days of purchasing your item for store credit ONLY, no refunds. There is a $5.00 fee for all returns and exchanges to cover the cost of shipping.

All items that are returned must:

• be brand new
• unwashed 
• show no stains (including makeup)
• show no visible wear 
• show no visible smells 
• show no animal hair 
• still have the original tags attached

 

EXCHANGES

If your item is the wrong size, and you would like to exchange it for a different size, the exchanges process must begin within 14 days of purchasing your item. Please note that it is important to begin this process ASAP because sizes are limited. Due to the nature of the unique items we sell, they are occasionally challenging to restock. Please email me at heygirl@anonymousboutique.com with the name it was ordered under, the order number, and what you'd like to exchange. All exchanges must adhere to the qualifications listed above. There is a $5.00 fee for all returns and exchanges to cover the cost of shipping.
